4.2 VIP Cashback
The VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Cashback is paid each week at a set rate on net losses: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.2%. Cashback is calculated on the week's total net loss (total stakes minus total winnings). Example: if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.
Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

5.3 System Errors

Prohibited Activities
